In-charge of planning and supervising Major servicing of Mi-17 Helicopters in Air Force Station Yelahanka so as to ensure sufficient helicopters are available for training and operations. Task involves forecasting induction of helicopters in planned manner, Earmarking group which will work on the same, planning spares and components which would be required during servicing and ensuring the quality of work carried out with active participation.

Ensures Helicopters coming to base for operating in Siachen Glaciers are serviceable and plan for any maintenance support required. Also In-charge of maintaining the Refuellers and Mechanical Transport vehicle at harsh weather and ensuring 90% serviceability of all vehicle at any time.

Responsible for planning and providing of Mi-17 V5 helicopters for Daily operations and training as per the daily task allocated. Ensuring that the helicopter is operational ready for the role allocated.
