- Employers get access to vast Monjin database of vetted candidates, which can be filtered based on their requirement to hire the desired candidates.
- Candidates are sent invites based on their skill set, using which they login to Monjin and can give the video interview.
- Some of the different models of Monjin are:.
- One way: Candidates get questions on screen and they answer them in pre-defined time period(usually 3 minutes).
- Two way : Once candidate has done their registration on Monjin they are auto matched with one of the empaneled interviewers.
- Both candidate and interviewer login at pre-selected slot timing and interview is conducted.
- YcYi: This model is used by organizations where the interviewers and the candidates is sourced by the organization and interviews are conducted, assessed and readily available for access by multiple user roles in the organization.
- This model provides the flexibility to create several different business units in system and create job descriptions particular to those BU’s.
- Candidates are sent invite specific to the job descriptions and are auto matched with suitable interviewers.
- Interviewers can give in depth assessment of the candidate using the star rating for the topics which were interviewed on and also provide a textual as well as video summary of the assessed candidate.
- There are several roles available in the model which are created and managed by the superadmin of the system.
- In-depth analysis is also provided for the organization and well and BU’s.
- YcOi : This model provides the organizations an unique opportunity to get the candidates sourced by them to be vetted by Monjin’s empaneled interviewers.
- Candidate data is uploaded in an excel template, all the candidates are sent invites to their specified JD’s.
- Once the candidate has logged in and accepted the invite they are auto matched with skillful interviewers on time of their picking and interview is conducted and assessed.
- These recorded and vetted interviews are available for employers of the organization to take further action on.
- Role Description: As I was one of the initial developers on the project my roles varied from requirement gathering, giving inputs in user experience, creating server side architecture, application development, deployment and support.
- Also, the change requests where to be categorized based on priority and were implemented in subsequent releases.

- Client: AICS Claims Team Project: FNOL on Azure Accenture Insurance Claims Solution is a comprehensive suite of applications targeted at automating the entire insurance claims process.
- The first notice of loss (FNOL) is the insurance function most susceptible to variable load, and hence a suitable candidate for porting to a cloud computing platform.
- FNOL on Azure is an application migration effort which involved porting the entire AICS architecture (Twenty Seven .Net Projects), some intermediate UI and the FNOL portion of the AICS suite (ASP.Net 3.5 Application).

- An auto-scaling engine monitors the incoming load and based on historic data and current load computes the required number of instances needed.
- This provides on-demand elasticity minimizing significant CapEx and OpEx for origin digital.
