Strategic leadership
1. Launched First Customer Advisory Council (CAC) at MarketsandMarkets (Year 2021-22)
· Leading the Program Management of the Customer Advisory Council which aims at collaborating with our customer advocates who mentors us in improving the current GTM strategy and the product to create a world class customer experience.
· Driving leadership meetings, setting up the meeting agenda, sharing MoM and taking action-items to closure.
· Managing relationships and communicating effectively with key internal and external executive stakeholders.
2. Launched First Podcast Series #DisruptionDialogues at MarketsandMarkets
· Designed the modalities of the customer podcast program – right from the speaker acquisition to the final release on different hosting platforms like Amazon Music, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, YouTube.
· Successfully launched 10 episodes & secured 20+ speakers with VP+ level designations. Additionally onboarded the speakers to the MnM Speaker’s Club for regular engagement.
· Led all production aspects—from direction to writing scripts and getting guest speakers to tracking podcast metrics like views, engagement rate, clicks, etc.
· Collaboratively worked with social media team for the podcast promotions- blogs creation, polls, speaker highlight teasers, email marketing which in turn increased the brand SOV from 2 to 57%.
3. Designed & Launched Net Promoter Score Survey at MarketsandMarkets
· Launched the NPS Process for all users at MarketsandMarkets in 3 waves with NPS of +32 and an improved response rate from 4% to 11%
· Sounding Board to ensure all detractors are being met for the resolution thereby securing renewals.
· Created Industry specific marketing collaterals along-with customer testimonials that were leveraged by the sales team in securing new deals.
· Automated the NPS process for consulting projects to improve internal efficiency impacting customer experience.
