❖ Book Section :
✓ Partnering with statutory Auditors for timely and successful completion of annual audit and quarterly limited review .
✓ MIS reporting ,Forecasting and Budgeting of Revenue, Trade receivables & payables & Cash flows.
✓ Reviewing of cost sheets of Various projects of the Company in respect of estimated cost of the project and cost incurred during the period to arrive at Turnover as per IND AS 115. Monitoring of Project Margin & cost saving regularly.
✓ Monitoring and review of Passing of Capital Bills and maintenance and record keeping of Fixed Assets schedule & Depreciation schedule and FA Registers as per statutory requirement.
✓ Designed & Formulated MS excel and linked sheets so that desired reports can automatically be generated once data is captured.
✓ Preparing, Reviewing and sending regular MIS reports of operation summary.
✓ Timely review of Trial Balance to scrutinize extraordinary variations & proper accounting.
✓ Passing of various JVs quarterly and annually for presenting a true and fair view of financial statements.
❖ Sales Section /Receivables Management:
✓ Managing timely raising of customer Invoicing with proper accounting of deffered receivables & collectibles as per contract terms & conditions in line with IND AS 32 and timely raising of E invoices and GST reporting for tax remittance.
✓ Collecting details of collections from different collection agencies and its reconciliation with Corporate Account & follow up to receive the credit timely.
✓ Preparing/Monitoring of various MIS reports for customer Billing, Collection, Trade receivables, Deferred debts, advances and Foreign currency receivables.
✓ Opening and monitoring of various Bank guarantees and Letter of Credit issued.
✓ Monthly review of provision against bad debts & LD.
✓ Scrap sales accounting & monthly remittance of TCS U/S 206 C & 206 C (1H).
❖ Bills/Accounts Payables:
✓ Analyzing & Review of purchase proposals for financial concurrence before placement of Purchase Orders to minimize the cost.
✓ Monitoring & designing system for Bills passing as per Purchase order terms and conditions and its proper accounting of retention and Trade payables & recovering of LD for delay in deliver after due date or performance wherever applicable .
✓ Proper monitoring of Vendor Bank guarantees and timely extension of the same by following up with the banks and vendors.
✓ Filing of TDS/TCS return timely and compliance of GST .
