Project Profile: PULSE application enables the Brokers / Insured to view their account details of their programs (property, casualty), policies, claim information. We can raise a claim (report a loss). Through Risk Engineering module, user can see the different locations and risk improvements and documents.

XPAT (Exportal portal access management tool) is an administration tool for PULSE application, which will provide user access to PULSE portal. By using this application we can onboard Swiss Re internal users, insured and brokers. XPAT maintain the partners / Accounts, programs, policies, claims. If a user wants to access PULSE application, we have to onboard the user by mapping a company / account in XPAT. Once on boarded through XPAT will provide the access to the account. Under account will provide the access to programs, policies, claims.

Project Profile: As a part of GE IVR Apps Migration, we migrated from in-built GE framework to Spring 4 and maven codebase. We migrated several applications under IVR namely Park Attendance IVR, Return Goods Authorization IVR, Home Delivery IVR. RGA IVR - The primary purpose of the system is to provide the caller with the ability to request and generate an RGA number for a delivery. As part of the generation of the RGA number, the delivery will be cancelled in the appropriate back-end systems.

Delivery IVR – To intimate customers about delay in delivery of their goods, prepone or postpone of delivery, and to update the delivery status to driver.

Major Contribution:

• Involved in removing the in-built GE application framework TSF framework and rewriting the whole logic with spring and maven.

• Involved in replacing the RPC calls with web services.

• Involved in development activities such as web service providing for 2-way text messaging and consuming services through EBS system.

• Involved in enhancements and their successful deployment in production environment.

• Understand customer issues, application issues and solve the issues on a daily basis.

• Client facing role which involves direct interaction with the client managers and client business people for daily/weekly stand up calls on the issues at hand and new requirements for enhancements.

DART (Diversity Analysis & Routing tool) within VPlan is focused on the functionality of performing diversity & planning of CNE, SS7, E911 and other V2 TSP circuits including FIOS data & video circuits & the network (SONET/DWDM).
