• Media preparation and maintenance of the consumption record
• Microbiological analysis of water and products (Raw, FND & Finished)
• Performing Growth promotion test for Incoming Dehydrated Culture Media
• Maintenance of pure culture, staining, Sub culturing
• Maintenance of cleaning record and disinfected
• Performing gram staining along with other microbiological identical tests
• Sampling of in process as well as finished product
• Monitoring of various Parameter such temperature of Incubator and Rooms, Differential of LAF etc.
• Maintain record of good laboratory practice of microbiology lab
• Handling of instruments Horizontal Autoclave, Vertical Autoclave, Colony Counter, Water Bath, PH Meter, Balance, Hot Air Oven, Anerobic Jar, Bod Incubator

MICROBIOLOGICAL ASSAY OF ANTIBIOTICES AND MICROBIAL LIMIT TESTING

In this project, I have done the various testing pf pharma antibiotic product along with its raw material of antibiotics, microbial. limit testing of water and another pharma product

• Preparation of different dilution of standard and testing product
• Preparation of different media and petri plates
• Handling of Microbiological instrument

• Attended training courses to build understanding of processes, techniques and industry.
• Shadowed senior team members to learn all related jobs and tasks.
• Participated in on-the-job training, working closely with supervisors and coworkers and asking appropriate questions.
• Performed chemical and microbiological testing of product.
