  • Maintain Asset management by Updating the equipment’s and building assets details and keep tracking the useful life cycle for upgrading or renewal the contracting as required
  • Do Coordination’s & Follow-up with contractor/vendor, activities regard the equipment’s and interior maintenance
  • Ensure the facility follows all laws and compliances pertaining to mechanical, electrical, utility, building operations, EH&S and Environmental norms
  • Work together with the Procurement team to ensure our key suppliers remain competitive whilst providing a quality service, and new services are procured using a robust sourcing framework
  • Assisting in finalizing the AMCs & Rate Contracts
  • Interact with accounts for processing the invoices and payments for accomplished jobs by the Service Providers & Vendors
  • Carrying out site statutory, client Audits, health & Safety audit, GRC Audit, to ensure that the all the compliances, client requirements are maintained
