PROJECT: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTING BRAIN TUMOR DETECTING USING MACHINE LEARNING APPROACH, In today's world, one of the reason in rise of mortality among the people is BRAIN TUMOR. For detecting the brain tumor, first we need to read the mri images of brain and then we can apply segmentation of the image.
