Roles & Responsibilities :

• Delivered optimal solutions swiftly for business queries and daily operations related to SAP MM.
• Managed high, medium, and low priority tickets, ensuring closure within defined service level agreements.

AC-DC PROJECT-S4/HANA

• Work on integration between Atlas Copco(CC) and Product Company(DC)
• Also Supporting FIORI and Hands-ons work on S4 HANA System.

Shift Officer – Asia Zone

• Served as Shift Officer for the Asia region, managing escalations, conducting daily stand-ups, and ensuring smooth zone operations with SLA adherence.

Transition Lead – GEMS Project

• Led transition activities for the GEMS project, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.

• Managed hypercare and stabilization phases by conducting regular calls with BKU, BPX, and BC stakeholders.

• Tracked issues, coordinated resolutions, and ensured system stability post-go-live.
