• Leading the technical team on EU MRV/IMO DCS data submission and verification. Conducting internal audits and coordinating with verifiers for issuance of SOC's and DOC's for all Wallem vessels.
• Conducting GHG rating verification and energy saving equipment analysis for all Wallem Vessels.
• Providing support to the technical superintendents in organizing, coordinating, monitoring and following-up on fleet's class records and various outstanding items, defect reports, repairs and in organizing attendances for on-board services, surveys, inspections (external providers, service stations etc.).
• Assisting the technical department in organizing new projects and dry dockings under the guidance of the technical superintendents. Compiles technical reports according to prescribe formats and ship's owners requirements. Ensures that PMS is constantly updated and/or revised, as required by reviewing and monitoring work orders and maintenance history data.
• Reviewing vessel consumptions & reporting (lubricants, bunkers, paints, FW etc.) and various analysis reports, as received and distributes respective files accordingly.
• Monitoring the status of all certificates, records and reports of vessels and coordinating their renewals. Ensures the certificates' due dates monitoring system is always kept up-to-date and communicates with the vessel's class society and schedules, organizes and coordinates class attendances.
• Monitoring the status of LSA and FFA equipment & arranging services. Maintaining electronic or hard-copy vessel drawings.
• Providing technical support and any additional technical documentation and assistance to shipboard personnel for the proper operation and maintenance of the vessels' machinery and equipment.
• Ensuring company's policies and procedures are followed within the department. Preparing various reports, collecting vessel performance data as required for the technical department's reporting of KPIs.
• Providing guidance on technical issues and company's quality system and reviews the on-board technical documentation and records.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and distributing the same to owners.
• Monitoring and updating Rules, Regulations, Technical Bulletins.
• Aiding with budgets, invoices, contracts, cost control and tracking billing process with accounting.

Performance Analysis

• Performance analysis of large ships with the help of data collection and converting this data to useful information.
• Monthly reporting & follow up on performance results, KPI's, fuel tables etc.
• Worked with analytical tools like R Studio (based on R Programming) and Python, to generate useful projections of the available data as plots or graphs and sharing the results with the clients through a web based application.
