An autism mom of an eight year old boy on spectrum, I have unofficially worked as my son's therapist, scribe and shadow.

I have an experience of more than a year working as a supervisor behaviour therapist at puzzle place Noida where my primary job role included client assessments, collaborating with parents and other therapists to formulate an IEP and BIP , training and monitoring RBTs , parent training and meeting and training school professionals .

I am presently enrolled for QBA( BCBA equivalent) license from BMI and have successfully completed the field hours and coursework under a team of qualified BCBAS. I will be appearing the QBA examination by the end of 2025.
