• E*TRADE INTEGRATION:

This proposal includes to integrate Morgan Stanley Tax systems with E*Trade and enhance the downstream system of Morgan Stanley as expected the volume of activity after E*TRADE integration to get double. Below projects undertaken so that existing performance standard is maintained:

1. Tax lot condenser – Condensing the tax lots received from E*TRADE

2. LIBRA – Making enhancement to change the existing source for position files to be consumed by Gainskeeper from RTA to LIBRA

3. PADT – Making enhancement to include the E*trade accounts along with the Morgan Stanley accounts

4. Baseline reconciliation – Reconciling the tax lots from Silver with the tax lots processed via gainskeeper.

5. Enhanced control reports – Making enhancement to the existing reports to include the E*TRADE trade details

Project Handled:

• HSBC MFGA TEST SERVICES: This proposal includes use of the Temenos Automated Testing platform where Temenos will execute HSBC system regression, new development and new module/ feature deployment testing on a copy of HSBC’s database in-house prior to software delivery. This automated testing platform test services proposal focuses on HSBC’s specific use of multifonds global accounting and therefore provide incremental benefit and value to the in-house regression testing conducted by Temenos.

My role here:

· Create/select regression test cases considering maximum functionality is covered in minimum set of test cases.

· Provide Test cases for new enhancements/functions

· Daily execution of Client Assembly tests on provisioned environment

· Validate Test cases & results

· Identify test cases that have frequently yielded bugs

· Identify test cases for functionalities that have undergone recent changes

· Identify test cases that verify core features of the application using requirement traceability matrix

• Preparation of periodic investment monitoring reports and/or manager search reports to analyze performance of individual managers as well as overall scheme performance
• Research, data collection and analysis on defined benefit pension scheme/defined contribution pension scheme and their investment activities
• Performance measurement, attribution analysis, contribution analysis and performance appraisal of various scheme related fund managers
• Preparation of manager meeting packs, manager search reports and data collection support for investment manager research and selection
• Preparation of ad hoc client presentations on overall scheme performance on need basis

• Managing and owning the manager holding process as a part of our business unit’s advisory process. This process involves collection of the holdings statement from the fund managers and update the same accordingly to get into the attribution analysis to be included into our advisory reports.
• Prepare monthly team metrics report to show the status of all undergoing projects, involvement of individuals in team and comparison of their productive and unutilized time.
