- Material and Documents Hand over to QC Team
- Stock Receiving
- Material Checking and Product Marking

- Ensuring proper follow of processes laid by the organization.
- Training newly joined team members.
- Outbound Operation :
- Order allocation discussion with HO team.
- Picking , checking , packing & RTS With in 4 Hours TAT.
- Dispatching shipments for same day.
- Reporting HO team & Logistic team
- Training newly joined Team members
- Daily transportation planning & arranging for daily dispatch as per priority.
- Packing materials planning according to the periods (SALE or NORMAL) .
- Interacting with customers regarding the problems or enquire.
- RTO Operation :
- Receiving RTO Shipment
- RTO Shipment Hand Over To QC Team
- Material Checking and Product Marking
- Same day QC and Put away
- RTV Operation :
- RTV Created With in TAT
- RTV Product Allocation
- RTV Dispatch With in TAT
- STO Created With in TAT
- STO Dispatch With in TAT
- People Management :
- Allotment of appropriate work to Contract labours, Transport & Dispatch Supervisors.
- Responsible for overall development of smooth shipping operations.
