I have orchestrated Digital Transformation initiatives and founded the HR digital/People Analytics function in organizations of different sizes and complexities. I have led Talent Management Initiatives with the CXO and the HR Strategy Office. I am a seasoned HR Business Partner a Talent Acquisition expert.

Senior Manager Lead HR Digital Transformation

Daimler Truck Innovation Center India (DTICI)

Context: Project Focus led to the historic realignment of the company leading to the spin-off of the truck and the bus business. IT systems also needed to separate leading to Project Carve Out. As a result the HR IT systems needed to be rethought of across the DTAG world and thereby a roll out was planned for a new HRMS across 80 entities in 33 countries.


Global Role: Orchestrated a team of HR COEs ,techies and HR Consultants towards designing the HR IT Ecosystem for Daimler Truck Entities across SE Asia, China, India, Europe, Australia.

Planned and executed the Functional Rollout of HCM Modules in a dissimilar scope catering to the Fit to Standard principle.
Consulted and operationally facilitated the Integration of HCM Cloud to Local ERPs like SAP and other 3rd Party Tools
Lead the Payroll Integration of Third Party Payroll Vendors (SE Asia, UK, Czech) to HCM

Lead the team responsible for Data Migration from Legacy Systems into Oracle HCM Cloud
Planned the Testing and Hypercare - Oracle HCM Global Support on adoption, testing and operations.


Entity Role: Leading a team to re-design the HR IT Ecosystem for DTICI and operationally run the team for HR, Corporate functions.


Project Management:
Responsible to re-imagine and roll out the HR IT Ecosystem locally in DTICI (Introduction, Adoption and Maintenance of Internal, 3rd Party Tools and Services).

Adopted Oracle HCM rolled at a Global level locally in DTICI to fit the HR Processes at DTICI.

Realigned HR processes within the new HR Ecosystem.
Designed Custom Cloud Solutions that serves as a Data Hub and also an Integration Bridge to the new HRMS rolled at a Global Level
Enabled Data Driven Strategic decision for HR Processes (introduction to Gen AI use cases)
Designed HR support and enabled process automation using ServiceNow and Microsoft Automation Platforms.

Department Operations:

Developed and managed project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Talent Management

  • Developed in-house Predictive Analytics with Explainable AI to have a proactive approach in areas of HR Strategy; a novel idea developed by studying new age research papers on AI
  • Adapted a third party scenario planning platform for Headcount Planning and integrated the predictive platforms with it
  • Leveraged time series AI for manpower planning and forecasting attrition, which was adapted and appreciated by CHROs in CII.

  • Reimagining the Employee Experience Chapter Led the Employee Experience Chapter by introducing Digitalization in different Employee Touchpoints, for Internal Employees (leveraged IOT and Mobile apps), New Joiners and Vendors
  • Partnered with internal and External Teams to develop a comprehensive Employee Application (Mobile+Web) for all employee needs on HR Ops and address employee concerns through the same
  • Designed an Alumni Portal, which served as a tool for rehiring, data sourcing and engaging on a real time basis
