Global-ITAC primary functions is to provide technical support for RAN rollout projects for all Ericsson customers across all Regions, whose networks are based on LTE, NR, WCDMA, GSM technologies
 Assist customer in troubleshooting project related all the RAN activities when they face issues or struck somewhere including Pre-integration issues, Post-integration till Acceptance (excluding the field optimization and tuning), Software upgradation related issues, Hardware Expansion related issues, KPI related issues, NRO Global Tools (PCI), NPI (FNI/FFI) Deliveries.
 Knowledge of troubleshooting tools: LTNG and Logtool.

 Trace analysis for troubleshooting for different issue

 Analysis & troubleshooting on KPI issue of GNodeB & EnodeB's
 Escalate to CSR (P-CSR) where the issue identified a Product Fault and PDU intervention is required.
 Coordinate with CSR handler and PDU until the CSR is closed with an FA.
R-DOT configuration & Troubleshooting, Have the knowledge of LTE/WCDMA Combined cell configuration.

integrated manually by running the scripts in CLI (moshell platform/secureCRT/ENM). Also Support
to Field engineer integrating with Smart Laptop (SL).
