Role Objective

Hand on Experience in PPC, MRP analysis, Purchase planned order analysis, Inventory Control, Co-ordinate with customer for Deliveries and Demand Management, Monitor the shop floor with smooth Line of balance with respective Weekly and Monthly commits, Monitoring the New Part Development execution flow, Obsolete Inventory analysis, Production Order Management, WIP Inventory analysis,5S management in WIP, Yearly stock tacking activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production plans.
• Weekly Machine Planning for all Workcenter's.
• Chasing Production to ensure timely dispatch as confirmed to sales and follow up for quick moment of material from one work center to another work center.
• Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production Planning reviews together with Production, Purchase and Sales.
• Contingency Plan to Provide for any sudden failures like break downs, etc... not to affect the plan.
• Analyzing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) output - Planned Production Orders, Planned Parched Orders and Planned Distribution orders.
• Ensuring the availability of Bill of Materials (BOM) required for the production planned, Maintaining 5S on the shop floor for WIP.
• Reviewed the Master Data before implementation of full range of MRP.
• Timely ensure the CRM & to give the purchase indent to SCM.
• To ensure the management health dashboard parameters like Production Orders ageing, Rework Orders ageing, Yield parameters.
• Checking frequently for the correctness of Bill of Material (BOM) against the supply condition, any changes it will be corrected through Technical Change Note (TCN) Process.
• Production Orders execution in ERP and chasing the production orders for closing.
• Attending daily Production review meeting and shortage/backlog if any is highlighted for corrective actions.
• Monitoring Production orders process in ERP LN FP7.
• Yearly Stock taking activities.
• NPD while new part implementation material and operation execution process and implemented plan activities.

Role Objectives

A competent & result oriented Mechanical Engineer with rich experience of exposure across Production & manpower management & quality control, Executing Daily Plan, Daily review on Gap analysis for the previous day, Improving Quality by TEI (Total Employee Involvement), Monitoring output with desired quality & productivity with minimum rejection levels, Identification of Bottle Neck Machines & increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and achieving the production and quality targets.
• Executing manufacturing operations in coordination with other functions and initiating activities to improve quality performance at Customer end.
• Accountable for planning weekly schedules based upon the sales plan; and monitoring daily assembly plans to be full filled by timely arrangement of materials.
• Monitoring output with desired quality & productivity with minimum rejection levels.
• Motivating work force in achieving targets with safe work practices.
• The identification and generation of all documentation related to the integration of new products into the production environment.
• Perform analysis of part design characteristics, specifications and tolerances of parts, manufacturing process design, set up and tooling.
• Identification of Bottle Neck Machines & increasing productivity by using good tooling, training the operators by conducting on job training.
• Tooling & consumables Plan based on the weekly production schedule.
• Analyzing the cycle times of machines to identify the problematic operations.
• Implementing Poke Yoke systems to eliminate Customer Complaints.
• Implementing cost effective techniques to optimize production and coordinating with Tool Room for necessary changes in tools and fixtures so as to minimizing losses.
• Implementing innovative techniques, to improve productivity by creating standard operating process on product family basis.
• Imparting training to team members which fastens development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
