• Reconcile trade discrepancies.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to management. Monitor and correct institutional accounts.
• Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure. Handling Platinum and very sensitive clients.
• Liaising with Middle Office and counterparties on daily basis to settle pre-value date trades.
• Maintain processes and procedures to mitigate business and operational risk.
• Report to the higher authorities about team work on daily basis and also try to resolve the queries facing by the team.
• Involved in training and mentoring of new hires.
• Manage KRI Call and reports on daily and high aged breaks
• Involved in preparing Root cause Analysis with Middle office and management to stream line the process

• Pre confirmations of Coupon payments and redemptions payments prior to payment date.
• Owning the issues and queries resolving in a timely manner.
• Allocation of daily tasks to the team members
• Expertise in Calculation agent, in providing calculation of coupon, redemptions, physical
redemptions payment breakdown.
• Ensure the payments and the notices to the clients are out on Priority( 5 business prior to
payment)
strong communication with internal teams
• Handling physical Redemptions settlements - cross checking the instructions received from
client, pre confirming the pay date and other economics.
• Processing lifecycle of the notes.
• Monitoring timely settlements of coupons and redemptions.
