KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordinate with related departments for function details changes
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure terms.
  • Supporting to GM with personal assistant for his day to day work
  • Act as the one point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Maintain daily diary, documents handling and arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Updating DSR (Daily sales Report) and revenue projection on a daily bases.
  • To monitor tasks given by GM and ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
  • Coordinate and manage all import and export activities. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
