Research - Cold Supply chain in India (March 2020 onwards)

Currently in process of publishing my Journal Article for following responsibilities that I am handling:

· Co-determine current thermal profile of fresh produce from farm-to-folk

· Reviewing the current state-of-art

· Identify drivers of poor thermal performance and IR leakage pathways, co-design interventions

· Identify indigenous BIO materials for low and effective insulation

· Formation of Cryo-kitchen incubator hub and co-design experiments

· Proof of concept testing

Worked in “ Bamboo bricks/laminates from BMFs for low cost housing structure under Indian Himalayan region, NMHS/2016-17/SG08/07”.

• Extraction of bamboo micro fibre using tannic acid treatment.
• Prepare bamboo bricks using bamboo fibers.
