After joining EPAM, received extensive training on V20 architecture and I was onboarded as an architect in one of the existing projects. My roles and responsibilities is to provide technical guidance on V20 architecture and mentor the team as needed. I am also billable in another V12 project as architect.

• Building the EIS CoE for this customer by mostly training internal associates in EIS V12 Policy and Claims, rolling out of the EIS exit tests on these tracks and by hiring a small portion of the team
• Offshore CoE Lead for EIS while continue to be billable
• Driving the training and partnership pursuits from offshore with EIS.

• Owning development and deployment of 5 services end to end
• Leading a team of 5 at offshore technically
• Ensuring java 8 coding standards.

• I worked as a Technical lead for policy administration system implementations for multiple lines of business
• I have good experience in Java/J2EE programming including Struts, spring, Rest, Hibernate frameworks
• I have hands on experience in Exigen Insurance Suite including OpenL rule and Exigen rules
• I do have very good experience working in a global delivery model involving offshore, near-shore and onsite operations
• I also have expertise in Source Deployment, Source Configuration Management and Release Management
• I am well versed in development of components/artifacts that implements Component interface contract, versioning of the components, and creation of the policy transactional services by extending core policy core services provided by Exigen product factory
• Excellent client interfacing skill, ability to work in a multi-vendor environment and with different teams
• Design and review of end to end business flows
• In his current role, he is working as offshore delivery lead.

• Tech lead of a 12 member team

• Was part of design activities in many major modules like e-Registration, Web Reporting etc
• Also responsible to perform the analysis for various enhancements, perform impact analysis to find out the systems/programs that could be potentially affected by proposed change(s), coding, and testing and implementation activities
• Coding, Designing and Unit Testing for various requirements as per the technical specification.
