  • Reconciliation:
  • Handling Channels like D to C, Large Format Retail (LFRs) , General Trade Pan India Distributors and E-Commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), which consists of 100+ customers.
  • Prepare monthly Reconciliations for all these customers.
  • Having sign off and balance confirmation with all Customers at Quarterly basis.
  • Profit and Loss Statement:
  • Monthly Planned P&L with Target received from category and sales team. Discussion on Planned P&L on overall monthly planned business performance.
  • Weekly Actual P&L channel, category, product and overall level and compare the same with planned P&L. Discussion with category and sales team on actual business performance with same period.
  • Draw P&L for Secondary Scheme run with Customer and review product wise Contribution Margin.
  • Customer Claim Management:
  • Review Current Stock on Hand (SOH) product wise with category and discuss actual price run with product, market competition and other sources. So to match current prices, decide products on which Secondary Scheme require.
  • Make P&L of these products on current SOH and check Secondary contribution margin.
  • After Secondary Scheme Finalization, draw this Scheme customer and product wise and circulate to Customers.
  • After Review and Finalization, take require approval from management and submit all claims to Finance team for CN Issuance.
  • Sellout data Analysis:
  • Total Revenue, Sales Growth, Average sales per Period, Gross Margin, Compare against Targets, Seasonal Trends, Sales by product/ Revenue, Customer/ Geographical Segment Analysis, Sales Team Performance, PSPD Trend and Store Contribution.
  • Sales and Stock Management:
  • Collect sales and stock data from super distributors and micro distributors twice in a month which help management to know Sales and SOH position with GT and LFR partners.
  • On the basis of these Sales and stock report, stock ageing identified and draft scheme accordingly to clear EOL products.
