    Customer Engagement: Managed collections by proactively following up with customers via emails and calls to ensure timely receipt of payments across multiple geographies.

  • Got selected as a KEY person for entire BU of 8 countries with responsibility of handling all the queries regarding this BU and performing testing while CFIN migration and train the other team members after migration.
  • As crossed trained for all the countries in Particular BU, I trained almost 5 new joiners during my tenure of 4 years.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings/calls with FO and GBS for resolving older or crucial issues regarding UAC and UIC.
  • Analysis of Intercompany payments and clearing the accounts with proper reconciliation. Also identification of overpayments, short payments and Pre payments and solving FOs queries regarding the same.
  • Prepared various monthly reports such as KPI, CPI, Reversal Tracker, Controls and governance deck.
