  • Efficiently leading regions for effective compensation benchmarking
  • Proficiency in managing local compliances related to HR
  • Responsible for employee lifecycle from background check for new hires till offboarding.
  • Spear headed and roll out strategic initiative in response to improvised life cycle
  • Accountable for implementing various ERP
  • Participate from generating Business requirement document to implementation of initiative in the system from HR prospective.
  • Working as Success factor functional consultant for implementation of ERP
  • Proactively lead International Mobility transfer across the regions
  • HR Policy & Processes - Review of existing policies; formulation and implementation of new HR policies; standardization of HR policies across the organization and blue-print for implementation.
  • Collaborate with stake holders for achieving business and organization goal
  • An active member of middle management, design innovative and creative engagement model and institutionalize company values

  • Managing Off Boarding process of all employees starting from resignation till full and final settlement
