Lead and manage end-to-end project execution of WTPs (from design, construction, commissioning to handover). Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment equipment.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government agencies for approvals and inspections.
Monitor resources, procurement, and manpower allocation.
Identify risks and implement corrective measures. Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings. Ensure timely commissioning and smooth operation of the plant.

🔹 Quality Management
Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025.
Ensure compliance with NABL requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct internal audits, manage corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), and coordinate management reviews.
Prepare and maintain all quality documentation, manuals, and records for NABL assessments.
Ensure participation in proficiency testing (PT) and inter-laboratory comparison (ILC) programs.

🔹 Technical Management
Supervise water testing activities (physical, chemical, bacteriological, and heavy metals).
Ensure method validation, equipment calibration, and proper maintenance of analytical instruments (Spectrophotometer etc). Monitor sample handling, preservation, and testing in compliance with BIS/IS standards for drinking water.
Train and guide laboratory analysts/technicians in test methods and best practices. Evaluate measurement uncertainty and ensure technical accuracy of test results.
