• Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating.
• Responsible for Plant capacity planning utilization as per cycle time.
• Attend regular Operations meetings to develop priorities which are in line with Sales requirements.
• Correlates planning and scheduling of orders with machine loading and labour availability to obtain optimum utilization of equipment, efficient allocation of labour, and on-time delivery of products.
• Optimum utilization of resources to maintain less production cost.
• Daily review with team about plan vs actual and evaluating the productivity trend.
• Monitoring the stock level of FG, SFG, BOP & RM etc. and follow-up with Purchase, Production and Store.
• Manpower calculation as per required production plan.
• Review the daily MIS and circulate to Sr. Management.
• Release the machine wise and line wise production plan as per plant capacity.
• Coordinate the daily 4M meeting for next day with production, quality, maintenance & purchase team.
• Prepare the next 3 days production plan according to availability of material and customer requirement.
• Prepare Monthly production plan and circulate.
• Interaction with customers for schedule and supply.
• Coordinate the DWM meeting with Production, Quality, Store, Maintenance and Purchase team.
• Manage the planning process and maintaining strong working relationship with team.
• Identification of operation bottlenecks and corrective actions.
• Tracking of actual production and dispatches on daily basis and plan to fulfil gaps.
• Monitoring Delivery performance on day-to-day basis & analysis the shortfalls.
• Overall responsible for activities related to dispatch.
• To Ensure The 3 Days Inventory as per Norms.
• Document preparation for Dispatch.
• Plan for dispatch as per daily Requirement.
• Daily Follow up with customer for extra sale than SOB.
• Ensure FIFO in FG area.

• Run the MRP on Weekly basis & monthly basis in SAP.
• Having good knowledge of BOM, Routing creation in SAP.
• Prepare Independent requirement, planned order and Production Order in SAP.
