Worked on the project “Maximization of Scrap Consumption in BOF Steelmaking.” Analyzed BOF heat data, optimized scrap charging patterns and blowing practices to increase scrap ratio without affecting steel quality or heat balance. Evaluated thermal balance, oxygen consumption, and productivity parameters, and recommended process improvements to reduce hot metal usage and overall production cost while maintaining operational stability.

• Planned and executed small-scale technical and cultural events, managed budgets and sponsorships, coordinated cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensured seamless event operations, participant engagement, and on-time delivery.
