• Report published on grinding aid in cement production.
• Development of good bricks for India Inno CSR. The main objective of producing non-fired bricks aligns with broader goals of sustainable development, including reducing carbon emissions, conserving natural resources, promoting economic development, and fostering resilient, inclusive communities.

Responsibilities

• Handling and supervision of residential towers (G+14).
• Execution and management of all tower-related construction activities.
• Preparation and submission of daily progress reports.
• Planning and scheduling monthly finishing activities.
• Ensuring high-quality work standards at the site.
• Efficient manpower management and allocation.
• Supervision of overall construction and finishing works.
• Overseeing finishing tasks, including brickwork layout, plastering, tiling, and painting.
• Preparation and verification of subcontractor bills.
