Process Operations :

• Operation and monitoring of batches and chemical processes involving reactors,mixers,heat exchangers,pumps and storage tanks.
• Controlled critical process parameters such as temperature,pressure,flow rate to meet the quality and safety standards.
• Performed mass balance calculations and batch yield analysis to identify losses and improve process efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Optimization :

• Actively involved in process troubleshooting during deviations,quality failures, and equipment malfunctions.
• Conducted root cause analysis for breakdowns and recurring operational issues.
• Contributed in the reduction of downtime/batch cycle time through corrective and preventive actions.

Utilities & Equipment Exposure :

• Exposure to steam,compressed air,chilling and cooling water,thermic fluid and other plant utilities.
• Worked closely with maintenance teams on pumps, valves, agitators, pipeline and mechanical equipment.

Process safety & EHS

• Strict adherence to Permit to Work system and SOPs.
• Participated in HIRA/safety audits and near miss reporting.
• Experience in MSDS handling,fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Supported statutory and internal EHS audits.
