Accomplishments
1) Pedal Powered Washing Machine
- Designed and simulated a hybrid manually powered washing bucket which can be used for both bathing and washing clothes.
- Designed the gearbox mechanism to transfer the force from foot to the agitator and converting the singular direction rotary motion to oscillatory motion.
2) Vajra T & WM-18
- Vajra T is an armoured tank and WM 18 is a Missile Launcher made by L&T for Army Defense:
- CAD Software’s – Solidworks, Siemens NX, for engineering drawings and BOM.
- Making ISPL of manufacturing parts of the Vajra T and WM 18
3) Aqua Jet
- Designed and fabricated a rocket powered by water and compressed air to generate upward thrust.
- Designed the launching mechanism for maximum range. Result - Achieved the horizontal range of 120m and time of flight of 11 seconds
4) Welding Grains Structure & Heat Affected Area
- Research study on Welding grains structure and heat affected area with M.Tech students
- Different type of welding and different types of grains generated during the welding under microscope.
- Maintained a record of the list of operations performed and their results.

5) Designing and Optimization of Occlusion clamp for Skin Grafting
- A single screw mechanism clamp for occlusion of blood vessel for the reverse sural flap surgery.
