• Planning and implementing Projects, preventive & predictive maintenance activities schedule of various machineries and instruments to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability.
• Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operations & Maintenance expenditure.
• Job Responsibilities
• Oxford X-ray analyzer maintenance and repairs if any breakdown occurs.
• Creating the logics and implementing modification on Rockwell studio 5000 software & Honeywell Experion PKS which help the plant to run smooth with minimum failures.
• Working on the Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC’s.
• To ensure proper reports, analyzes down time data, root cause analysis and take corrective and preventive actions for improving plant operations, solving maintenance-related problems & repeated breakdowns
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance & calibration of control & measuring instruments - proximity & level sensors, transmitters (flow, pressure, temp., DP etc.), VVVF DRIVES, Weigh feeder, SPRS Drive, Solid flow feeder (SFF), Load cell, Actuators & other instruments.
• Communicates regularly with CFT’s (Cross Functional Team) & all maintenance technicians both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
• Regularly monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipments and to initiate reordering when necessary.
• Carry out first line diagnostics on equipment and routine maintenance tasks within their specific disciplines.
• Adhere to and promote the safety and environmental procedures to ensure own safety, safety of personnel, of process plant and the environment with most excellent safety gears TBT, BBS & NM.
• Respond to any emergency to provide first line emergency response in accordance with the emergency procedures and to assist local emergency services under direction of the Incident Controller if required
• Responsibility includes day to day job allocation & Rectification.

• DCS – Rockwell Automation Studio 5000- (Plant Pax 5.0), Honeywell Experion PKS (C300 & Liom Controller)
