Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fortune 500 companies worldwide, offering market intelligence and strategic guidance on category strategy, competitive intelligence, supplier engagements, cost optimization strategies, and industry insights
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including engagement managers, sales, and marketing leads, to align on business objectives, cross-sell opportunities, manage project timelines, oversee overall project delivery, and facilitate client interactions
• Support in crafting Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participating in sales pitches to multinational clients, leveraging project delivery samples and conducting business development workshops
• Conduct webinars on procurement-related topics to foster business growth and engagement with clients
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members, guiding their career development paths and ensuring their professional growth
• Manage internal operations, including performance appraisals, recruitment across multiple levels, training, and development initiatives
