  • Was responsible for Loss mitigation & Customer Assistance during COVID for Line management & making sure we are within the Risk Appetite.
  • Improved overall risk posture with the development of robust risk mitigation strategies.
  • Defined & measured the Risk Appetite statement for Fraud Risk
