- Prepared TER (Technical evaluation report), MQP (master quality plan) for different processes involved in solar cell manufacturing (PERC)
- Developed and documented standard operating procedures (SOP) for manufacturing processes
- Monitored key performance indicators (KPI) and optimized parameters to maintain the KPI
- Involved in technical evaluation of BOM with different vendors regarding chemicals, gases, silver pastes for the correct selection of materials
- Trained new interns and GETs about solar cell manufacturing process of both PERC and TOPCon (wet benches, Diffusion, PECVD, ALD, PVD, CVD).
