I am a working ITAM professional with 2 plus years of experience in ITAM/procurement. My prime focus includes procure, deploy and manage Softwares/IT services. I look for the compliance of all Software, SaaS and other Technology licensing in a organization. I am responsible for monitoring and maintaining usage information for renewal and auditing purposes and also tracking in our internal systems as required per the regulations in multiple countries/regions.
1. Working on vendor renewals and learning on negotiating with
vendors.
2. Collaborating with the Procurement team for the purchase Requisitions for all the new software under IT.
3. Managing the IT renewals for the IT VMO-SAM Team.
4. Driving all the Non-Standards Software request which comes under SAM queue in ServiceNow.
5.Responsible for procurement of Software which comes through Non-Standard request in ServiceNow.
6. In each Month creating the report for VAR Procurement information and Vendor Hierarchy Mapping details( Supplier Umbrella Company) data.
7.Handle Purchase Requisitions to purchase order process in ARIBA.
8.Responsible for maintaining the license under "Microsoft 365 License Count Report".
9.Track and maintain software product information including, license details, counts, deployment instruction, Support Service level agreement and support contact instructions.
10.Help in Harvesting and maintaining internal VMO Service Documentations.
1) Working as Single Point of Contact for Software Asset management.
2) Support of daily operational activities of (Nestlé project) such as ticket assignations, approval of softwares and the categorization of Local and Global Softwares.
3) Incharge of the weekly preparation of reports such as Asset Management, Key performance Indicator, Unrecognized tickets for all 9 Factories and 4 Branches of Nestlé through SCCM Dump.
4) Responsible for creating "Management Information System" Monthly.
5) Review with Software Functional Owner and the Domain Owner for Recertification of the softwares.
1) Responsible for Procurement of Software’s and its Renewals for Google Project.
2) Handle Purchase requisition to Purchase order process in Oracle and Ariba Tool.
3) In Charge of the correct assignment of the tasks within the team to ensure quality and productivity targets.
4) Focusing on the implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead me requirements.
5) In Charge of Predict and Purchase so as to ensure that there is no hampering of the end user productivity due to the delay of the software delivery.
6) Soft saving through license harvesting, deployment findings of duplicate accounts.
7) Documentation and Standard Operating Procedure creation.
8) Legal: Privacy, Compliance, EULA and Contract amendments.
9) Review existing software contracts for various licensing terms and record information in licensing database.
