• Supported Barclays' online and mobile banking services, managing API configurations, and monitoring application logs using ELK (Kibana), AppDynamics, and Splunk.
• Supported users with real-time incidents on the Barclays app and online banking.
• Provide support during change deployment and health checks of logs using tools such as Kibana, AppDynamics, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Assisted with widespread live issues in the Command Centers, collaborating and engaging with L2 and L3 teams for support when issues were beyond our scope.
• Supported high-priority changes, such as moving traffic over different servers using tools like AppVieX and Jenkins.
• Performed certificate renewals for the authentication and token generation application for various banking applications, using Putty and the bank's internal tools.
• Fork sync of code in production repositories.
• Monitoring Alerts for different applications using Webgui Dashboard.
• Monitoring and maintenance of online credit card applications and their associated certificates and servers.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly report creation.
