• Co-ordination with site teams regarding Repairs, Maintenance, Planning, Erection and Commissioning of plant and Machinery
• Overseeing / closely monitor the Quarry as well as Stone Crusher Plant activities
• Closely monitoring the productivity of all Crusher Plant (300 TPH, 250 TPH & 200 TPH) running at all execution sites of DPJ
• (And also day to day trying to improve it, by using own implemented / effective method)
• Deeply analyzing the root cause of any major failure in the crusher plant
• Always trying to maintain the MSL Level in each & every running site of company, which is the most effective method of reducing the breakdown time of major machinery
• Preparation of Policies and circulating in all sites against the effective / productive use of company machinery, procurement of spares & lubricants and its uses
• Highly focused on cost saving in per day crusher production (i.e
• Per tonnage Crushing Cost)
• Conducting the Joint training & development program with OEM vendor teams in all execution sites at fixed time interval for skill analysis of Operators, Foreman and Mechanics
• And circulating the more informative data to all
• Responsible for preparing the Mechanical Structure, planning & projecting manpower requirements and preparing job specification, job description for every position as reflected in the Structure
• Planning and performing the scheduled & Preventive Maintains of Plant, Equipment and Vehicles
• Responsible for managing the company in the most efficient, effective and profitable manner
• Responsible for implementing on a continuous basis an organizational structure and staffing plan that meets the ongoing and future operational & organizational needs of the company
• Responsible for developing broad organizational goals, objectives and strategies in accordance with established mandate and corporate vision & mission as agreed by the company management
• Establishing the healthy relationship with the OEM & Non-OEM Vendor's

• Overseeing / governing all the workshop activities (including all types of Breakdown & maintenance work)
• Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules
• Preparation of Purchase Indents & comparative statements
• ERP reporting system on machinery
• PLANNING OF INVENTORY for fast Moving Spares, Critical Spare & Filters / Lubricants for all construction machinery, Plant Equipment's & Vehicles
• Man Power Management
• Maintaining Machinery & Equipment's in order to ensure these are kept serviceable at all time with acceptable levels of operational efficiency
• Periodical maintenance and documentation of all plant, equipment's, vehicle & outlining the steps to be taken in implementing maintenance program
• All major repair & maintenance of construction machinery, plant equipment & vehicles
• Review of Maintenance procedures, Job Cards, equipment requisition
• Maintenance of the highest standards of safety ensuring adherence to safety procedures and observance of safe working practice
• Handling Maintenance team (Mechanics, Foreman) with large group of skilled workers & operators
