• Led end-to-end functional validation of the StockZ trading app on Android and iOS. Translated SRS into actionable product milestones and coordinated with QA, RMS, and Development teams to ensure readiness of core modules (Watchlist, Market, Orders, Portfolio). Oversaw OMS integration with RMS and finalized release strategy for Play Store and App Store, delivering a seamless trading experience.

Turbo Trading Application

• Led product validation and optimization for the Turbo Trading platform, focusing on Mutual Fund and IPO modules. Executed end-to-end testing for SIP and Lumpsum order flows, identifying and resolving 400+ issues across UAT and production environments. Collaborated with QA and engineering teams to address broadcast and charting issues, ensured payment gateway stability, and streamlined platform readiness by enhancing functionality and improving user experience across critical modules.

Findost Application

• Led Phase 1 execution of the Findost web portal for AP branches by aligning business goals with functional requirements. Drove end-to-end testing across web and mobile to ensure UI consistency and backend reliability. Resolved data mismatches between APIs and frontend metrics (e.g., turnover, brokerage) by coordinating closely with development teams to optimize data flow and enhance user experience.
