  • Developed a Go-To-Market plan for GCC accounts by analyzing historical 5 year deal data in Salesforce which was adopted by the India Enterprise team
  • Successfully converted OpenText from a dead prospect to a key account by closing the first ever deal (ITIL Training) and building deep relationships with four business units
  • Won GapTech (previously lost to Lynda in 2018) and received a commit for 100 users on completion of trial; Converted Thomson Reuters (1st deal in three years) for an ITIL training engagement
