• Reduction in food count wastage, Monitored data analytics to track consumption patterns and identify high-waste categories. Developed a predictive forecasting model that adjusted consumption quantities, resulting in 100% reduction in food count wastage and 100% saving in monthly overhead costs without impacting service quality.
• Reduction in intransit damage (edible oil category), Decreased edible oil transit loss by 100% by re-engineering packaging specifications and optimizing warehouse-to-warehouse loading workflows. This ultimately nullified IRT inventory build up in other warehouse due to intransit damage reason also potential savings of 436000(approx value) was observed.
• Reduction in staging pendency due to tech issues, Reduced staging pendency by 5500 box count reduction post identifying and resolving critical technical bottlenecks within the deployment pipeline. Streamlined environment stability and accelerated the release cycle, ensuring faster resolution.
• Implementation of welded boxes(HHD Holders), Welded boxes were attached as Hand Held Device Holders within the shopping trolleys as a result of which asset damage was nullified ultimately preventing organisation from a loss of 3-4 lakhs( potential value).
• Reduction in usage of BT Printer Rolls, Identified high consumption rates of printer rolls (8 rolls/day) where 250-sticker rolls were resulting in a daily cost of ₹232. Spearheaded a transition to higher-capacity rolls (500 stickers/roll) to streamline the labeling process and reduce roll-change downtime. Optimized material procurement, resulting in a reduction of daily roll usage by 50% (from 8 rolls to 4 rolls). Achieved a direct cost saving of ₹240 per month per station.
