• Handling Government business Module Schemes such as PPF SCSS, SSY , Bonds and etc.
• Coordinated IT operations activities to deliver smooth flow of daily business needs.
• Understood key product management roadmap objectives and requirements to develop product technology strategy.

• Having enough understanding in collection follow up application, Dialer Integration(Call Center Integration ) , Collection Agency and Payment Aggregator Integration in Collection Module.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reported regularly on project data and kept leadership informed of progress.
• Identified ,addressed and either resolved escalated project issues.
• Manage correspondence with the info-security department for activities like architecture review of the solution , security clearances.
• Manage the correspondence with internal tracks in ITD like testing center of excellence for testing activities , in-house development team like API dev teams ,CBS maintenance team for establishing the interfaces between application, co ordination with SADBA team and vendors for periodic patching and upgrades as per the banks guidelines.
• Lead for anchoring discussion to gather business requirement , review documents provided for sign off like software requirement specification , business parameter etc. review business parameter , liaise for technological infra set up, configuration and testing activities .
• Ensure compliance with IT general controls like access control, user access reviews , clear account ownership, enabling audit trails,SIEM integration , periodic back up, periodic restoration test practices, authorize changes , periodic patch and release management , password policies vulnerability remediation and compliance . responsibility for the implementation and end user support of the product assigned .
