Current Project : CADIN Matrix | Responsible to re-route Post FDJ FNA notices at line 030 to the respective CAD IN in WERS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to re-route all the notices received in NACADIN Generic outlook @ WACTS Line 030.
  • We ensure to re-route all the notices to correct CAD IN within 24 hours TAT.
  • Addressing all the email queries received in CADIN Matrix & NACADIN Generic outlook from D&R, Engineers & CAD IN's 10,000+ notices will be rerouted to respective CADIN @ line 030 in WACTS per Year.
  • CADIN Individual Validation will be send to all Supervisors available in CAD IN Matrix Database (80+ CAD IN's Quarterly once) .
  • New program will be downloaded from CDHR and populated in CAD IN Matrix Live file 6 weeks before FDJ date.
  • Webex meetings with supervisors for solving the queries and get the correct CADIN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DPA 0/1 involves the assessment of Static & Dynamic Parts in Vehicle
  • Dynamic includes the study of parts under simulation of Engine and Suspension parts.
  • Carried out IPS (Industrial Path solution) study for flexible parts like cooling Hoses, Brake Hoses, AC line and pressure ducts.
  • Checking the CAD position and quality of the systems using Digital Pre-Assembly (DPA) in E2KS platform.
  • Suggesting CAD changes to meet the functional demands and avoid interference thereby facilitating the release process.

  • Migration Task: Customer provides PFMEA’s and Control plan information.
  • Creating PFMEAs and Control plans from Web-DCP to FEDE under proper SD.
  • DR Task: Taking extract from FEDE and E2KS, manually update the “on hold Id’s” information from the tracker in the FEDE extract.
  • FEDE and E2KS extracts are used as inputs in the macro to get the information of new DR’s (design rules) and
  • DR’s updated to next version.
  • Getting input sheets to create new DR’s and next released version of DR’s into E2KS.
  • E2KS information is taken by the R&D Engineer for reference.

  • Digital Factory involves conversion of point cloud data into 3D model of the Factory.
  • Digital Factory Layout build-up of entire Manufacturing Plant is based on the data from 2D drawings and Point Cloud from 3D Faro Laser Scan.
