External System Integration: Provided technical support and direction to utilize Salesforce custom metadata and design one single framework using custom Apex services to send Elasticsearch queries to connect with the EDL system to fetch providers' data in a healthcare project designed specifically for CSRs.
Salesforce Community Portal implementation on top of the salesforce service cloud built for customer service representative for the Members and providers for a health care client.
Used the Vlocity manage package to create communities for all members, providers, and brokers, to create and launch self-guided workflows for the creation and submission of preauthorization and referrals.
Worked with the Softheon system to develop integration solutions using Apex web services to fetch all claims-related documents.

Service cloud implementation, design, and develop a screen to fetch data from EDL from indexes or orchestrated indexes created by ESB to show member-related data on the CSR screen.
Designed and developed the user migration process from legacy to the new portal, created a new government flow for users to log in with their legacy credentials in communities for the first time, and ensured a user was created with the same plans associated in legacy, using contact records as the entity to save plan-level information.
Designed a solution using batch implementation to add a bulk plan coming via ETI load to Service Cloud to get associated with the correct user (using account contact relation records to achieve a one-to-many plans association for the user).
