  • Currently responsible for end to end technical project management of Fixed Income trading platform transformation involving migrating Front Office and Middle Office users to strategic front office UI (for Interest Rate Derivatives, Bond, Future and Option products), unifying consumer adapted apis to deliver consumer data to Finance, Risk and Pricing systems from strategic trade store and decommission US EOL infra and migrate to LDN data centres with overall infra benefit target of £800k. Carried our in depth impact assessment done for regulatory regime reporting of EMIR, CFTC and MiFID II (pre/post trade transparency) while improving trade cancellation and validation workflow coordinating.
  • Driving user research, collaborating with business teams, creating book of work and project road map, working with global tech teams on designing right fit solution, planning agile deliveries incorporating iterative user feedback and conducting user demos.   • Led successful delivery of NWM Financial Crime transaction monitoring tool, Quantexa. This enabled bank's return to appetite statement across FinCrime specifically for Transaction Monitoring. Challenge was to host a complex product on GCP while collaborating with global project and vendor teams, business stakeholders including first/second line of defense, supply chain and Op Risk teams adhering to bank prescribed cloud governance control maintaining transparency with multiple business and tech stakeholders following a critical path tracker. With zero issues post production this was a huge success in timely meeting of PRA regulation.

  • SME as Senior Java developer as part of Front Office Bonds platform transformation and owning sales credit and book defaulting service delivery, Quick Entry Capture and Click to Quote workflows for Voice RFQs and integrating with vendor bonds trade capture UI. Technology used Java and Tibco messaging framework. Responsible for writing BRD and coordinated with Emea and Apac Middle Office Teams.
