• Currently responsible for end to end technical project management of Fixed Income trading platform transformation involving migrating Front Office and Middle Office users to strategic front office UI (for Interest Rate Derivatives, Bond, Future and Option products), unifying consumer adapted apis to deliver consumer data to Finance, Risk and Pricing systems from strategic trade store and decommission US EOL infra and migrate to LDN data centres with overall infra benefit target of £800k. Carried our in depth impact assessment done for regulatory regime reporting of EMIR, CFTC and MiFID II (pre/post trade transparency) while improving trade cancellation and validation workflow coordinating.
• Driving user research, collaborating with business teams, creating book of work and project road map, working with global tech teams on designing right fit solution, planning agile deliveries incorporating iterative user feedback and conducting user demos. Managing budget forecast and resource allocation for global team of around 100. Adhering to project governance and maintaining transparency with stakeholders by running prioritization calls, program boards, creating and tracking project updates, RAID management. Leading governance and change delivery compliance aspect for IRD adhering to I2V framework.

• Keenness in techno-functional role transitioned from developer to technical business analyst in Ignite Batch Orchestrator (IBO) as SME in Securities and Derivatives products responsible for multiple successful deliveries for bank's risk valuation spanning across front to back programs like strategic trade store migration, migration of EOD Risk, Flash & PnL jobs to IBO (decommissioning legacy Feeds Manager with £300k cost benefits ), dynamic market data snaps, SAF markets and regulatory programs like Prudential, FRTB, SFTR, MiFIDII and E1-E7 data controls for Finance. Responsible for creating project roadmap, RAID management, delivery heat-map while coordinating with Front Office, Technology stakeholder and Ops team spanning geographies.
• Led successful delivery of NWM Financial Crime transaction monitoring tool, Quantexa. This enabled bank's return to appetite statement across FinCrime specifically for Transaction Monitoring. Challenge was to host a complex product on GCP while collaborating with global project and vendor teams, business stakeholders including first/second line of defense, supply chain and Op Risk teams adhering to bank prescribed cloud governance control maintaining transparency with multiple business and tech stakeholders following a critical path tracker. With zero issues post production this was a huge success in timely meeting of PRA regulation.

• SME as Senior Java developer as part of Front Office Bonds platform transformation and owning sales credit and book defaulting service delivery, Quick Entry Capture and Click to Quote workflows for Voice RFQs and integrating with vendor bonds trade capture UI. Understanding and translating business specs working with senior business leads, Sales heads in Emea and US (~30 sales users) and designing, developing and testing micro-service based architecture (Java, Spring boot, Camel) which proved fundamental as structural framework for future pre and post-trade enrichment services for regulatory and finance tech transformations.
• Part of MiFID II program for ensuring bonds trade and transaction reporting is meeting regulatory timelines while adopting strategic tech strategies of single trade, market and reference data store to ensure timely deliveries.
• Part of front to back finance transformation program to capture Settlement data from GMH/Calypso to Front Office for Bonds to ensure completeness for correct ledger posting on settled transactions. Writing automation cucumber test suites, participating in end to integration testing, automated deployment following CI/CD pipeline using Ansible and TeamCity.

• As part of EMIR regulatory program, enhanced the clearing eligibility service to identify mandatory to clear transactions in Rates Pre-Trade Framework. Implemented third part clearing logic to notify clearing houses of deals with clearing obligations for interest rates derivatives products. Technology used was Drools rule engine embedded in Java micro services.
• Solo ownership of Rates Middle Office Blotter wherein enhanced back-end service of the middle office app for real time highlighting duplicate trades, perform trade validation/cancellation and introduced risk measures and deal matching logic as per business requirements. Technology used Java and Tibco messaging framework. Responsible for writing BRD and coordinated with Emea and Apac Middle Office Teams.

As a graduate analyst worked on enhancing Repo-Var Risk Engine, part of counter party credit risk tech team, Phoenix for end-of-day risk calculation for various asset classes.
