Applicant Tracking System
A web-based solution focused on recruitment team to fasten up the hiring process and select onboard good candidates for the job requirements.
I worked as a product designer, conducted user research, synthesized and came up with insights, brainstormed plus strategized the entire solution with SMEs, and finally validated the entire solution through usability testings.
Quote estimation tool
An online/offline windows application for sales team to create security based estimates for their clients.
I understood the existing tool, collaborated with cross functional team and redesigned it based on overall research conducted with the users. Designed entire design library from scratch to achieve business goals.
Identity and Access Management
The main purpose of IAM is to give an additional layer of authority to internal admins so that they can track who all are getting registered and take decisions upon access of their customers while onboarding to Salesforce based application platform.
I worked with product stakeholders understanding user’s pain points. Ideate solutions and handover the prototypes using Figma to the development team.
Sustainability Procurement Assessment Tool
This tool provides the ability to score and rank the suppliers based on their sustainability maturity and credentials after assessing them. The key features include assessing 5 industries and multiple categories, ability to add new suppliers, score and rank them.
My role was to design the mockups and prototypes by collaborating with the SMEs and research team’s provided insights.
