• Ensuring the serviceability of all Civil installations both Terminal and Landside and carrying out the Preventive & Corrective maintenance of Rest rooms, doors, ceiling, access flooring, glass doors, wall panels, flooring, column cladding, road fixtures, drains & attending major breakdowns & modifications required by user department.
• Checking and ensuring of serviceability the healthiness of Washrooms plumbing fixtures.
• Responsible for Shift manpower management, store management by ensuring availability of materials all the time.
• Plans and deployment of work force for schedule routine maintenance.
• Conducting internal walkthrough and identifying area for improvements and closing the observation then & there itself. Moreover, initiating the material requirement for any long pending observations.
• Works with different stakeholders such as operations, E&M and authorities to gather requirements for tender specifications.
• Ensuring the serviceability of PHE installation at PTB and other ancillary buildings, carrying out the corrective maintenance and coordinate with other department to attain necessary work permit for executing.
