The backend is developed in Java (Database is in MySQL, controller and service layers using Spring boot, persistence layer using Spring JPA). Frontend is developed in react and HTML 5 and automation was achieved using AssistEdge.
• L3 Support - Responsible for code changes, research and develop solutions, customizations and integrations of the financial applications.
• Conducted root cause analysis for recurring issues, implementing solutions that led to a 20% decrease in system outages and improved overall stability.
