Characterization: Netcracker OSS suite is used to provide B2B solution for Indosat project. It’s using Netcrackers OSS whole suite from Order Management to Order Provisioning with Resource Inventory Management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data patching and work around solutions/script. Provide RCA document for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues.
- Created MOP for all activities and changes.
- Responsible to monitor Application alert in Web Logic Server.
Provide RCA, Includes SAR CHART, Thread Dump, CPU and Memory Health Check.
- Responsible to resolve all issue within given SLA.
- Responsible for All enterprise reports and manual task automation using cron jobs,
- Developed SQL script and PL-SQL procedure for workaround solutions.
- Monitors and ensures that Service Provisioning is complete and accurate for assigned customer base in accordance with close calendar.

Characterization: Netcracker OSS suite is used to provide B2C solution for Globe project using GPON, LTE, DSL Technology. It’s using Netcrackers OSS whole suite for Order Management to Order Provisioning with Resource Inventory Management.
Responsibilities:
- Worked as L2 application support engineer
- Developing and enhancing SQL scripts, making small code changes, bug fixing and troubleshooting.
- Working on Jira requests on priority basis and providing adequate solutions to the Filipino clients.
- Supporting Production releases and various Maintenance/Patching activities.
- Working on Incident, Service requests, Problem tickets and providing RCA within given SLA.
- Providing basic project knowledge to the Client and resolving issues altogether.

Characterization: Netcracker BSS suite is used to provide ‘Lead to Cash’ solution for Rakuten MNO project. As Rakuten is switching to MNO from MVNO solution, it’s using Netcrackers BSS whole suite from front end portals to billing.
Responsibilities:
- Working on Jira tickets and providing expected solution to the Japanese clients on priority basis.
- Involved in doing bug fixes, Debugging and troubleshooting existing java based functionalities.
- Developing SQL/PLSQL scripts to resolve issues, preparing and scheduling reports.
- Troubleshooting real time logs using Unix commands and identifying exact root cause.
- Working on RBM tasks and resolving customer billing related issues on urgent basis.
- Working on Data fixes and Hot fixes, testing them over Mirror env and then deploying in production.
