Responsible for overseeing a Technical Store which includes Engineering Machines Parts, Mechanical Parts, Stationary Items, civil Materials and approximately 10000 different types of parts, also managed a team of over 30 employees.
- Managed and oversaw the entire technical store operation, including inventory control, procurement, and logistics.
- Implemented efficient inventory management system to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Preparation of PO(Purchase orders), Execution of Job Orders, GRN(Good Received Note) and PR (Purchase Return).
- Ensure to implement FIFO Technique for delivery of material.
- Accurately maintained inventory records and conducted regular stock audits.
- Good knowledge of preparing Cost Center for proper allocation of parts delivered to which internal department.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, quality discounts and delivery schedules times.
- Generate Purchase orders that details the specifications, quantities and terms of the purchase item.
- Managed the warehouse and ensured proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Coordination with different department for their requirement, planning and maintain cordial relation.
- Continuously monitor stock levels, demand of the parts and ensure the availability of the material without overstocking or stockouts.
- Have knowledge of handling different material as per weather and other parameters required for safety of material.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of required items.
