- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing discrepancies in store
- Dispatch Coordination: Manage the dispatch process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
- By booking of vehicles and coordination with client and driver for timely delivery and also arrangement of e-way bill and dispatch challan etc
- Team Supervision: Lead and train store and dispatch staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory, sales, and dispatch activities to senior management
