  • Bug Detection, Reporting and Tracking.
  • Testing the functionality of the game, walkthrough, creation of test cases, smoke testing, co-op testing, ad-hoc testing.
  • Learned about the technical requirements for PS5 and PC, such as build installation, accessing the PS5 console, and extracting attachments and logs through the PS5 neighborhood with the help of the Dev team.
  • Sending daily task reports to the QC lead.
  • Creating, Updating, and Managing test cases regarding assigned features and maintaining them on JIRA-XRAY and in Testrail.
  • Communicated regularly with Dev Testers and the Production Team to address queries, to identify areas where improvements could be made.
  • Trained new joiners on particular features of the game, and shared knowledge about different platforms, like PC, PS5, Mobile, Xbox, and Stadia.
  • Created comprehensive documentation outlining any changes made throughout the development process.
  • Reported all bugs found during testing in an organized fashion with detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce them.
  • Improved existing test cases by adding more scenarios for better coverage of edge cases which may have been overlooked previously.
